President

Amanda is President and Founder of Fox Properties.  She is a native Houstonian with over 24 years of experience in Commercial & Residential Real Estate.  Her firm specializes in Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, the Purchase and Sale of NNN investments, Property Management, Project Management, and Interior Design for Commercial spaces.

Since opening Fox Properties in 2002, Amanda has represented clients in transactions with an aggregate value of more than $250 million dollars; and has represented Landlord’s and Tenant’s with leasing transactions of over 1.5 million square feet.

Fox Properties Residential division is rapidly growing with over $11 million dollars in home sales in the last 17 months!

Through a JV partnership with Transwestern, Amanda was involved in the development, design, and leasing for Shadow Creek Ranch Town Center, a 600,000 SF development in Pearland, Texas. During this project she was involved in negotiating deals with HEB, Memorial Herman Hospital, Hobby Lobby, Academy, Lupe Tortilla, Wachovia Bank, Compass Bank, La Madeleine, Ashley Furniture, Taco Cabana, Frost Bank, among others.  Once the project was fully developed, Amanda co-brokered the sale of Shadow Creek Ranch Town Center to a national REIT.

As the Leasing Agent for Almeda Mall, a 800,000 SF mall anchored by Macy's, she negotiated leases with Burlington Coat Factory, DD’s, Palais Royal, Zale’s, Footlocker, Foot Action, Hibbett’s, Champs, New York & Co., and numerous other small shop spaces.

Amanda loves working on Tenant Representation deals to help clients find the perfect location for their business.  She worked with Walgreens developers to find locations for over 9 years.  A few of her current clients include a law firm, a psychologist, a gas station developer, and franchisees for QSR restaurants including Shipley’s, KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

Many clients have hired her to handle the Interior Design of their offices.  One of her favorite projects was working with a National Law Firm on their 19,000 SF Houston office.  She found their location, negotiated the lease, hired the architect, worked as the project manager thru the construction process and then selected the finishes, furniture and art, turnkeying the space so they could walk in the office and get back to work the day they moved in.

Her business philosophy is that Location, Accessibility and Visual Charm must all be present in order to bring success to a center or to an individual retailer within a center.
